In October 2020, we launched an email campaign to congratulate and thank our new adopters of HSNB pets.

 

This informational email provides helpful links to expert online resources that can help new adopters adjust to life with their new pet, and to keep their new pet happy and healthy.

​

The email also invites adopters to connect with the HSNB community on social channels including our Facebook Alumni group. It closes with ways to support the HSNB through purchases of supplies, reviews, volunteering, and donating.

Adopter emails have seen an incredible open rate upwards of 78.6% and a click-through rate up to 21.4%.
