Case Studies

Success stories are great ways to promote customers and show similar prospects that you understand their market and business needs.

Research shows that customer wins are the content type that prospects most want to read on a website. Compelling and relevant studies available in multiple locations help boost sales, build trust, and increase customer loyalty.

They also represent an important element in a comprehensive customer reference program with the ultimate goal of fostering customer advocacy.

Written Successes

Case studies in written format are more cost-effective and can be easily skimmed and referenced for specific information. They can appear more objective and unbiased and allow for the sharing of more detailed data analysis.

Video Successes

Customer testimonials and case studies in video format elevate your successes and add authenticity to marketing efforts.

Videos are more engaging and interactive; they add credibility by allowing customers to speak for themselves.

At EIS we leaned heavily into customer testimonials to tell our story on our behalf.

Promoting Successes

Promoting case studies in both video and written formats together provides a more comprehensive approach to customer wins. We utilize this approach on the Business Resource Center on our website allowing the visitor to choose how to engage with these stories. The video can provide an overview, with the downloadable case study providing more detailed insights.
